Whether you are looking for product knowledge, seeking usage advice, or need to know the operation of a specific feature, Ninestartools can help.
Our software features advanced natural language processing to provide accurate and targeted answers to users' questions or needs. Whether you need to know what a product does, how to use it, or want to know the benefits and applicable scenarios of a specific feature, Ninestartools can provide you with detailed and useful information.
Additionally, our software provides convenient problem-finding capabilities. If you only know some keywords but don't know the specific information, Ninestartools can help you quickly find relevant questions and answers and better understand the areas you care about.

2. Customer. As a customer of the Service or a representative of an entity that is a customer of the Service, you are a “Member” according to this agreement (or “you”). You represent that you have full power, capacity and authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your employer.
All information and services are exchanged electronically, via the internet. You are responsible for maintaining your own access to the internet. You consent to receiving communications electronically.
ACCOUNT
1. Account requirements. To set up an account and use the service you must:
Be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to become a Member. Individuals under the age of 18, or applicable age of majority, may utilize the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, under such person’s account and otherwise subject to these Terms. Provide your legal full name, valid email address and any other information we request to complete your account-signup process.
Personally and manually create your account without using any automated means, except for any auto-complete feature offered by your internet service provider. A third party may not create an account for you and you must not allow any third party to use your information to create an account.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Company immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although Company will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Company or others due to such unauthorized use.
2. Account Ownership. The member who created the account and whose Payment Method is charged (the “Account Owner”) has access to and control over the account and is responsible for any activity that occurs through the account. To maintain control over the account and prevent anyone from accessing the account, the Account Owner should maintain control over access to the Service and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. Account owners are not allowed to share their account, log-in or any other access related credentials with any other party unless explicitly stated otherwise in the details related to the specific plan they purchased. Absent an explicit multi-user authorization, all accounts are intended for single-use only. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you and/or Ninestartools. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
1.The Customer assures that the information provided by him/her during the creation of his account and its use is correct and complete. Customer shall inform Ninestartools immediately of any changes in the contact data communicated to Ninestartools as well as in any other data required for the proper execution of the contract.
2.Ninestartools will inform the Customer of the technical requirements for the use of the Platform or other provided services. Such information is generally available in the product description and specification of the Software available on Ninestartools’ website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the technical requirements are met, including the availability of required hardware and software as well as a suitable telecommunications connection. On request, Ninestartools can advise the Customer with regard to the required hardware and software environment. Ninestartools shall, however, only be liable for such advice to the extent that it is provided against payment, as well as in the case of intent and fraudulent deception or the existence of other mandatory statutory liability circumstances.
3.The Platform is not intended for the permanent backup and storage of data. For this reason, the Customer shall retain its own backup copies of all data it transmits to Ninestartools, which must not be stored on Ninestartools’ servers. In addition, the Customer shall regularly back up data created in connection with the use of the services in order to prevent permanent data loss and thus minimise the risk of damage.
4.The Customer shall keep the login and password details for access to the Platforms secret and keep them safe and inaccessible to third parties. Persons to whom the Customer grants access authorization shall be instructed accordingly by the Customer and shall be obligated to the same extent. The Customer shall inform Ninestartools immediately if it becomes aware that unauthorised third parties have obtained access data to the Platform. Ninestartools is entitled, but not obliged, to take measures to reduce the damage and, for example, to block the corresponding Customer Account or to change the access data. In such a case, the Customer has the right to request new access data from Ninestartools. If a third party uses a Customer Account to receive access to the Platform after it has obtained the required access data because the Customer has not sufficiently secured it, the Customer will be accountable for such third party actions made with this Customer Account as if he had acted himself/herself. This does not apply if the Customer has previously informed Ninestartools of the unauthorized possibility of access by a third party with sufficient lead time to take countermeasures.
5.The Customer shall refrain from taking any measures that could impair or endanger the stability and safety of the Platform or any other Ninestartools systems or services, unless such an impairment or endangerment is a technically necessary consequence of the contractual use of the Platform.
DURATION OF TERMS
Once in effect, this Agreement will continue in operation until terminated by either you or us.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by providing notice to Company in the manner specified in this Agreement or by choosing to cancel your access to the Services using the tools provided for that purpose within the Services. We may terminate this Agreement without notice or, at our option, temporarily suspend your access to the Services, in the event that you breach this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company also reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by providing notice to you either through email or other reasonable means.
PAYMENT
1.Billing. ninestartools may provide services through a variety of billing methods, including but not limited to purchases and top-ups. ninestartools will notify you via email 3 days before your service expires to pay the fee. You must complete payment at least by your next billing date to avoid service cancellation. The service fee will be earned in full upon payment and will be notified via email. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example, if your payment method has not successfully settled.
2.Payment Methods. To use the Service, you must provide one or more payment methods. You can update your payment method by visiting the Account page of our website. After any update is made, you authorize us to continue charging the applicable payment method. If your primary payment method is declined or is no longer available to us to pay for your services, you authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account. You remain responsible for any amounts not received. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the Services until we successfully charge a valid payment method. For certain payment methods, your card issuer may charge you certain fees associated with processing your payment method. Please check with your payment method service provider for details.
3.Credits. The credits in the account can be obtained at any time by recharging, and the credits are valid for a long time. Please recharge the credits according to your needs.
4.Cancel. You may cancel Service at any time and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your prepaid billing cycle. To cancel, please navigate our website to your account profile and follow the instructions there, or contact our customer support team at support@ninestartools.com. If you cancel your service, your account will automatically close at the end of the current billing cycle.
5.Changes in price plans. We reserve the right to change our price plans or adjust pricing for our Services or any component thereof in any way and at any time in our sole discretion. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, any planned price changes will be effective upon notice to you..
5.Refund Policy. If you contact our customer support department within 15 days of purchase, you are eligible for our money-back guarantee (including monthly service fees and credit and other consumption records, subject to the time of successful payment). To obtain a refund, you must contact our customer support team online at support@ninestartools.com within 15 days of purchase and request a refund. Any contact made after 15 days will not be eligible for our money back guarantee. Under no circumstances are orders older than 15 days eligible for the money back guarantee.
SERVICE FEE
1.Service fee amount. In order to make up for the service costs during the use of the software, we will charge an additional 2% service fee on the total order amount.
2.How to charge service fee. The service fee will be automatically calculated during the checkout process and added to the order total. The final payment amount will include the order total and a 2% service fee.
3.Refund Policy. Please note that the service fee will be refunded when canceling the order or requesting a full refund.
SECURITY, STORAGE, & RETENTION
Security. The privacy and protection of your data is of the utmost importance to us. We take all reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your Personal Data. Although we use multiple and various security measures to help protect your Personal Data against loss, misuse or unauthorized disclosure, we cannot 100% guarantee the security of information transmitted to us over the Internet.

You agree to not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or republish any of our Intellectual Property. The term “content” includes, without limitation, information, data, text, photographs, videos, audio clips, written posts and comments, software, scripts, graphics, AdWords, and interactive features generated, provided, or otherwise made accessible on the Website or otherwise through Ninestartools.
Customer Data. “Customer Data” means information, data, and other content, in any form or medium, including your billing and other personal information, that is submitted, posted, or otherwise transmitted by you, or a third party on your behalf, through the Service. As between you and Ninestartools, you own all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Customer Data. You hereby grant Ninestartools a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use and display the Customer Data and perform all acts with respect to the Customer Data as may be necessary for Ninestartools to provide the Service and a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the Customer Data for analytics purposes. Ninestartools will only use your billing and other personal information for the purpose of providing you the Service.
Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, war, hackers, third party internet providers, government orders, power failures, nuclear destruction, Armageddon or any other force majeure event.
Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.Any provision of these Terms which imposes an obligation after termination or expiration of this agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of this agreement.
Headings. The section headings contained in these Terms are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of these Terms.
Waiver. Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof.
Assignment. You may not assign any of your rights under this agreement to anyone else. We may assign our rights at our discretion.
DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
Disclaimer of Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ninestartools provides the Site and Services "AS IS" and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Site or its Services. . No warranty is given that the functions or content contained in the Site or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Limitation of Liability.
