Our refund policy is valid for 15 days. If it is more than 15 days after your purchase or the purchased product has been used, we cannot provide you with a full refund or exchange (including monthly service fees and credit and other consumption records, whichever is the time of successful payment).
Refunds
If you want a refund, please contact our customer support within 15 days after purchase and provide your account information, order ID, order amount, purchase time and other information to our customer support. You will be eligible for our refund. Payment Guarantee (covers monthly service fees as well as credit and other spending history, subject to successful payment).
NOTE: To receive a refund, you must contact our customer support team online at support@ninestartools.com within 15 days of purchase and request a refund. Any contact made after 15 days will not be eligible under our money back guarantee. Under no circumstances are orders older than 15 days eligible for the money back guarantee.
Once you submit your refund request. We will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been approved or declined.
If you're approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically charged within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.
